The 5hl Pocket-Bräu Brewhouse is the ideal model for restaurants and farms that want to offer their customers a small beer production. Also suitable for those ready to take their first steps in this sector, this plant can be useful for testing new recipes or training students in courses organized by schools or Universities of the brewing sector.
Consisting of an AISI 304/316 stainless steel single-block structure with all its parts already connected, the Pocket-Bräu Brewhouse it is ready for operation after connection to the electric or steam line and to the water lines.
Complete with a mash / kettle tun, a lauter / Whirlpool tun, a hot water tank and cooling exchanger, it also provides the possibility to connect another tun for the production of double batches.The heating of kettle tank is made from a steam generation group, heated with electrical resistances. Our brewhouses are always equipped with PLC for the automatic management of mashing cycle and memorization of the recipes.
Suitable for the production of any types of beer, the Pocket-Bräu brewhouse requires little space, short installation time, is user-friendly and simple to operate; besides, it requires no extra labor when being moved or replaced.
