NITOR + EasyMEM

EasyMEM is a membrane filter, specifically designed for beer.

It is a capillary membrane filter, fully automatic, that helps solving problems of diatomaceous earths management in breweries, by reducing costs of residual disposal and loss of valuable product with sludge.

Filtration process is based on the crossflow principle and, as per traditional membane filters, there is a periodical backwash and chemical cleaning (CIP). The unit is monitored by a PLC that controls all production and CIP phases, such as process parameters and cycle trends.
